best ramen in ebisu?

A few years ago, this would have been easy. Ebisu Ramen was very famous and many people lined up for it. They served only Shoyu based, thin noodles, simple with only char sui and onions for toppings, it was very popular. If you enjoy spicy hot ramen, Jigoku Ramen Hyottoku is famous for it's "Devil Ramen". The shop plays it's own original Ramen in Hell song. Ebisu is famous for being the starting point of Kagetsu ramen. Pork based, a bit on the thick side noodles. It now also have Ippudo, a chain ramen shop from Fukuoka, thin noodles, pork based Hakata style ramen.
