Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Rhino & Elephant are Africa's BIG FIVE. Why's the name & which is the best Park/Reserve to see all of them in a day?

Country: Kenya

The name BIG FIVE came a long way back during the era of Big Game Hunting in the early 19th Century. They were the very dangerous animals to kill and very fierce when in danger or when wounded.

On a good day you can spot them in Masai Mara Game Reserve. However, luck is a necessary factor to spot the Leopard and Rhino as they are shy, sparsely numbered and elusive.
very true
well said paul and i think in the mara you are highly likely to encounter all of them than any other part of kenya
