As a side job, I also run City Fields Bed & Breakfast. I love to show people around this great city, explain about real life in Holland, recommend the best restaurants, and perhaps more importantly those which should definitely be avoided. In fact, just about anything, which will help people have a great holiday. I know how much I appreciate it when I'm away. Who want's to spend hours reading travel books when you're away - usually only to find that a restaurant has changed hands, or that a hotel has closed down.
