0900am Proceed for Hardcore Trekking: Gua Kepayang Besar to Kuala Trenggan
Again, trail will across several rivers and lowland rainforest.
1200pm Stopover for Lunch & Rest
The troops will stop by at any appropriate area for resting. At the same time the
Guides will prepare for you the quick adventure lunch. Normally the meal is light.
0400pm Latest expected time of arrival at Kuala Trenggan. Your trekking will end here.

weight for every bridge. Track up the hill to enjoy the panoramic view of Gunung Tahan and verdant valley of Taman Negara at the height of 380 meters above sea level. Make sure you fit enough.
