Travel from Redwood Beach Resort in Mechapa to the Volcano Cosiguina (about 20 minutes) and climb to the top by foot or by hoof. Departing from your home base in Mechapa, we'll take you to the amazing Estero Padre Ramos (check it out on GoogleEarth). It's big, it's packed with wildlife and mangrove fields, and you'll probably be the only humans around. Great for swimming and floating and fishing. Includes lunch barbecue on the beach, fishing boards, bait, things to float on, chairs, and whatever else we feel like throwing in the truck.

Visit the cliffs of far NW Nicaragua. This is the ONLY way to access the secluded and beautiful beach on the Pacific Coast. If you see a cow, the beach is crowded. 25 km of clean, secluded, safe beach. Truly one of the last beaches like this in the world.

Take a trip through the Estero Padre Ramos and the mangroves, or go out on the Pacific and see the amamzing view of two volcanoes (Cosiguina and San Cristobal). Rate is for 4 hours or less, gas cost is extra. Ask for a rate for longer trips.

Think Bally's kicked your butt in the gym? Wait until you cruise around Mechapa and bike the 10 km to Punta Nata. Don't worry, if you need a break just stop and jump in the ocean. Or, even better, pack the cooler with some Tona beer and take the motorcycles instead (additional charge!)

We work with several reputable and reliable companies who offer pick-up service from Managua, Leon, and Chinandega in a 4x4 or a new microbus (seats up to 14). Reasonable rates and honest drivers!
