Then in the Rotonda I'll tell you how important is this monument and what it represent for Andean countries. Later feel like a pirate conquering the small village over the hill on board of "The Morgan" ship, after all this adventure I invite a bottle of fresh coconut water 'cause you need to get extra energy; we're heading 444 steps up to the top of Santa Ana Hill, the highest point in downtown, you could appreciate a wonderful view of this metro-city.
