Winery Tours Casablanca Vineyards

At 41 kilometers of Valparaiso and Viña del mar are located Casablanca Vineyards, one of the most important winemaking valleys in Chile. It has more than 4500 hectares of plantations. The great sea influence and the weather help to slow grape maturity, very important for the optimal production of wine.

City Walking Tours Walk and Discover

We satrt your walk on Prat Pier, wich offers a great variety and tourist activities. Towards the hill is Sotomayor Square, we will walk along Serrano Street, half a block ahead is Cordillera funicular elevator, continuing along Serrano Street you´ll reach La Matriz Church. Behind is Santo Domingo Square.
Walking toward the sea, we turn left and you´ll see the Customs Building. Next to it is the Artilleria funicular elevator that take you to Mayo Promenade, offering ample view of the port bay. There is the Naval and Maritime Museum.

Museums Museums in Valparaiso

Natural History Museum of Valparaiso.
Exhibits anthropological and natural science collections.It occupies the ancient Lyon Palace "jewel" in Valparaiso which was built in 1881.

Municipal Fine Arts Museum.
Its halls contain works by renowned artist, Rousseau, Boudin, Jenkgine, Valenzuela Puelma, Pacheco Altamirano, Pedro Lira, Camilo Mori and Cosme San Martin.

Lord Cochrane Maritime Museum.
Its premises are considered to be a Historical Monument. It is in fact, and old colonial mansion built in 1842.
The museum exhibits naval items and rotating displays.

La Sebastiana House Museum.
This was the home of chilean Pablo Neruda (1904-1973). Nobel Prize for literature in 1971.

Naval and Maritime Museum.
It possesses important relics that tell about the history of the Chilean Navy from 1818 to 1880.

History & Heritage Getting to know Valparaiso

Valparaiso declared in 2003 by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
We´ll visit Prat Wharf, where you can appreciate all the port and tourist activity of the city.
We will have the opportunity to take funiculars. Also, we will go to one of the most visited museums by tourist "La Sebastiana", one of the houses of the poet Pablo Neruda, Nobel Prize Of Literature.
Wi will experience Yugoslavo Walk, Atkinson Walk, Gervasony Walk, May 21 Walk and we will visit some squares in the Old Part of Valparaiso.
