| About me: | Hi, the name is Sofia, or Sofi, if you'd like. Just turned 19, and when I'm not enjoying life somewhere in the mountains of Central America, I live in Texas where I work and study so that I can make it to my next destination. I'm a very determined person and I don't like to be told something is unreachable, all it does is drive me more to my destination. I travel a lot, and I meet lots of really amazing and intersting people from all over the world. I've been traveling most of my life, and before I was even a teen, I had been to more than 30 states and 7 countries. I learned Spanish when my family and I moved to Nicaragua in '01 shortly after 9/11. During college breaks, and summer vacations, I hit the road going in any direction for as long as I can...or as long as the money holds out. After the money runs out, I work until I can take off again, and see more of this bouncing ball we're on. The world is too big to see it all, but it sure is fun trying!!
