Ten days on this unique adventure safari will take you from South Africa into the vast expanse of Botswana where we spend a total of 4 nights. We will also travel from Botswana either to Zimbabwe (depending on the political situation) or Zambia for an overnight at the Victoria Falls. After a visit to the Falls we will return to Botswana, touch on the Chobe Game Park and then into the Caprivi Strip of Namibia. We will enjoy one night in Namibia before returning back to Botswana and we will stay over at the northern tip of the Okavango Swamps. From there we will travel to the southern most area of the Okavango Swamps for two nights before returning to South Africa with one further overnight stop in Botswana.
The lodges are all three-star+ and accommodation comprises of rustic chalets or tented camps with e-suite bathrooms. The restaurants offer local cuisine, specialising in African dishes. At certain times we will self-cater for the group. The trip will include much opportunity for game viewing (particularly in the northern parts of Botswana, Zimbabwe and the Caprivi Strip) as well as the spectacular sights of the Victoria Falls and also the mystery of the Okavango Swamps.
The two main attractions for this tour are the Victoria Falls (which can be viewed either from the Zimbabwe or Botswana sides) as well as the Okavango Delta in Botswana, the latter being a unique phenomenon of nature where a complete river system literally disappears into the desert.

We depart from Johannesburg and spend a night at the Kruger National Park, while taking in the splendour of the Mpumalanga Highlands en-route. The next day takes us on a leisurely drive through the southern regions of the Kruger Park and then we cross the border into Mozambique. Travelling to Maputo we do a quick tour of the city and overnight in the area.
The third day we travel onward to our destination on the Famous Barra Reef at Inhambane in Mozambique where we will spend four leisurely days filled with exotic beaches, crystal clear waters and exciting cuisine. Here a variety of activities are available, especially scuba diving or snorkelling excursions. On the seventh day we depart on our return trip and overnight close to Maputo and on the last day travelling back to Johannesburg.

The safari will include a visit to the Mpumalanga Highlands en-route to the Kruger Park. We will overnight at the exclusive Nkambeni Tented Lodge and will include two full day "open vehicle" game drives in the Park. On the return trip to Johannesburg we will visit the Sudwala caves.

ITINERARY:
- After early breakfast the coach departs for the Sun City / Lost City. En-route the coach is met by the appointed guide and introduced.
- Arriving at the entrance the group disembarks and after entering the complex, they travel in either by Sky Train (if available) or by shuttle bus.
- Each visitor will receive a “Splashy Special Package” allowing them entrance to the complex as well as the Valley of the Waves, some discounts, refreshments and a light meal. Each guest can also do a Segway Safari which is a customized guided tour of Sun City’s gardens and world famous golf courses.

ITINERARY:

- Entrance to the Park is at the Manyane gate and each person receives a guide to the Game Reserve.
- Travelling into the park the guide provides a historical and geographical background to the National Park. During the balance of the morning the coach will traverse the northern and eastern section of the Park, stopping occasionally at hides for the quests to experience the quiet, tranquility of African nature.
- Finally the coach stops over at the Pilanesburg Centre for refreshments, lunch and curios.
- After lunch the coach departs for the afternoon drive to capture the Mankwe dam and the southern / western regions of the Park.
- At the end of a full and exciting day of game viewing the coach exits at Bakubung gate and departs back to Rustenburg / Johannesburg, the guide exiting en-route.

The population, just under a million, consists mainly of officials, and in Pretoria life goes at a much slower pace than in the hectic Johannesburg. It is quite easy for the visitor to find his or her way through the city, which is laid out like a chess board. Pretoria lies 1367 m above sea level, which makes it about 400 m lower than Johannesburg. It is surrounded by protecting mountains and home to the magnificent Union Buildings.
