Falls of the Ohio State Park

1 Recommendations: 1 Favorable,

Falls of the Ohio State Park provides a great view of Louisville. While there, visitors can also explore the 390-milllion-year-old Devonian fossil beds, take a hike on the short walking path, learn about the area's geological history at the interpretive center, and finish the visit with a picnic. The road leading to the interpretive center also has some spots with good views of the city.

Louisville Zoo

1 Recommendations: 1 Favorable,

The Louisville Zoo is not just for animal-watching. Feed the birds nectar at Lorikeet Landing, pet a wallaby or wallaroo (and learn the difference) in the Wallaroo Walkabout, and watch the seal and sea lion training demonstrations at Glacier Run. And if watching a giraffe bend and twist itself over a fence to munch on green leaves isn't enough entertainment, check out the splash park (open seasonally), playgrounds, carousel or the ultimate adventure zone, which includes a zip line and climbing wall.

One of the best restaurants in the area. Great wines paired with fabulous meals. The toughest decision is what to choose off their ever changing menu. Their chef is highly regarded and uses fresh local produce and organic products. Their duck is to die for.

Bardo, KY 40831

1 Recommendations: 1 Favorable,

This is one of the largest museums in the Mediterranean. It indeed presents a variety of archaeological and jewels from a history of Tunisia crossing over several millennia by many cultures. It thus offers one of the finest and largest collections of Roman mosaics in the world thanks to archaeological excavations in Carthage or Utica Hadrumetum. The museum also houses works of Greek and a collection of ceramics from North Africa and Asia Minor.
