Caru' cu Bere
17 Recommendations: 17 Favorable,
Caru’ cu bere (literally The Beer Wagon) is a famous Bavarian style restaurant placed in the very heart of Bucharest, built in 1879 and renovated in 1992. One hundred years ago the Caru’ cu Bere was where the old aristocracy of Bucharest gathered. Famous men of letters, playwrights, poets and actors met here. This sparkling environment was later recreated and so the restaurant has preserved its atmosphere and reputation over the years. The Caru’ cu Bere is open seven days a week. It has live music every day and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings a well known folk-song and dance ensemble serenades customers with traditional Romanian music and entertainment. Appetizing traditional dishes are on offer, local wines are served and, of course, there is beer, plenty of beer.

The main purpose of the Village Museum is to restore the atmosphere of each house, the particular household farms, barns, stables and other household goods, fences, wood, twigs and bricks, specific rustic furniture, tools used to work, vessels, carpets and many other household items. Inside the museum there are located about 300 constructions describing cultural differences between the Romanian regions. From Moldova there have been brought 10 houses, of which we mention Straja (since 1760), and Fundu oldovei house which has large porch and turret.

Cetatea Rasnov - Citadelle de Rasnov
8 Recommendations: 8 Favorable,
Rasnov Citadel (Rosenau in German), is located on a rocky hilltop in the Carpathian mountains, 200m above the town of Rasnov in Romania. It is 15 km southwest of Brasov and also about 15 km from Bran Castle. The fortress is on the Bran Pass, a trade route connecting Wallachia with Transylvania. The view from the top of the castle hill is spectacular.

Parcul Herăstrău
7 Recommendations: 7 Favorable,
The park has an area of about 1.1 km², of which 0.7 km² is the lake. Initially, the area was full of marshes, but these were drained between 1930 and 1935, and the park was opened in 1936. The park is divided into two zones: a rustic or natural zone (the Village Museum), which is left more or less undisturbed, and a public/'active' domain with open areas for recreation activities. Small boats are allowed on the lake.

Piata Unirii
7 Recommendations: 7 Favorable,
This is one of my favourite places in Timisoara, you can find different attractions from various churches (either attend a mass or just visit, the main one here is a Catholic church), you could just relax in the plaza there, watching people passing by, sitting at one of the multiple terraces enjoying a drink or some desert, surfing the internet if you bring a laptop (free wireless), going for a walk, feeding the pigeons (something many people do, they are very tame), maybe later on during the day going to a restaurant/pub/club (Dark is a nice one) I definitely recommend it :)

Mamaia
7 Recommendations: 6 Favorable, 1 Critical
The surrounding populated areas are dirty, and unorganized. The beach itself is quite nice, the water fairly clean, you can find different categories of lodging, from camping to 5 stars. Prices are generally pretty high compaired to services offered, but with luck you might be able to find a decent hotel.
