Basilica Minore del Santo Nino

This is a miraculous place and whenever I asked something from GOD.I always go to this church. All prayers will be answered here,but sometimes it takes a while.But I felt good after I join a mass. There was once a story,I don't know if it's true it goes like this: The was once a Lady who went to a jewelry shop/pawn shop near the church. The Lady then asked for a beautiful necklace but told the shop owner that she had no money with her and instead she told the owner to lend her the necklace pay it later.The owner gave her the pretty necklace because the Lady looks like she can be trusted with and she seems to be a nice person.The Lady then told the owner to find her in the church and get the money there.Then, the Lady went on. After a while, the shop owner went to the church.He approached the first priest he saw and said: Do you know a pretty Lady who lived here? With a copper-gold colored curly hair, and an eyes that is as pure as the glittery quiet ocean and a skin as pale as ivory. The priest wondered and said: I haven't seen that Lady yet,but if you like I'll give you a tour to the place and I'll let you meet our nuns coz' one of them might be the one who you are looking for. Then they went on. After a short tour,the shop owner spotted a beautiful statue not so far away. Then he slowly walked near it and said: this is the one I've been looking for and when he glaze at the neck he saw the necklace. It was actually a statue of Mama Mary wearing the beautiful shiny necklace. The priest as well as the owner were both puzzled. And the rest remains history. And that ends the story.Well,I don't know how true it is, but that's what I've heard.I also heard more stories about the baby sto.nino who often walks around cebu during the Sinulog Festival.But still the stories will remain a mystery.

Malapascua Island Beach

Malapascua Island is located north of Cebu Island's northernmost municipality of Bantayan. The boat ride to the island from Bantayan is around an hour. Accommodations are tolerable and although there are air-con rooms which are a bit pricey, the constant breeze on the island would not necessitate that. This place is not as commercialized as the more publicized beaches but definitely something more laid-back and comparatively not as populous.

Best breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. Great location, too. A perfect treat after sweating it out at the joggers' block, which is just nearby.

Radisson Blu Hotel

Considered as the New Kid on the Block. Located just beside SM City Cebu. This hotel provides both luxury and comfort to tourists who want to splurge on vacation. If you're a type to wander around the city and explore its historical sites and goes out to party all night, then this is the best place to stay in. But if you're on a tight budget, you can always check on other available hotels. And if you are a beach buddy, might as well consider staying in Mactan Island where most beach resorts are located.

It is situated at the mandaue city near the cebu international convention center and parkmall.. You can enjoy there even if your with your family or friends, even your colleagues or officemates will enjoy the place where you can be just you.. They also have KTV if you wish to have a concert of your own with your peers.. Therefore.. this is the place where you shouldn't miss...

One of the best place that I've ever been. it's attraction caters people of all ages with activities you will enjoy, name it, they have it. if you're the romantic type of guy who want's to propose to your girlfriend, or an outgoing type that loves water sports, a nature lover, a food lover of just a simple type that enjoys laying around under the heat of the sun seeing the clear blue sky, listening to the soft music of flowing water. you better be here for you to know the real definition of beauty

Loops saloon is the best beauty parlor in Cebu. I frequently have my hair colored and cut in this salon because they give good advices what suits your personality, hair and face type. They only use high-end ingredients that do not damage your hair or skin which can cause a lot of money for treatment. If you want to feel beautiful under a budget then this is the salon for you. Jonas is popular within the local stars here in Cebu and was even featured in Balitang K hosted by Korina Sanchez. They provide quality salon services that will make you look like a local star in your own right ;) but with a budget that will not put a hole in your pockets. The only downside is that because this salon is so popular you need a priority number to be served and let me warn you because this place does not run out of customers who are always willing and able to wait for that magical Jonas touch.

I love that place cause it is very near to the Mactan Airport. The service in that hotel is quit good. Everybody gets the best food there. The price is good and appropriate for the service in the hotel. Well known people and stars around the world know that place.

Less tourist, less commercialized. One of the best beaches in the Philippines. 4-5 hours away from Mactan airport, but the travel is worth it. The people from the island are very warm and welcoming, and they won't nag you to get a massage or an island hopping tour.
