A huge cave with a enormous underground canals. There is a church ruins inside the cave, which is believed that are from the time of Krali Marko. He had two sisters and there is a saying that when one gets from the cave on a hill there are other ruins, that used to be a shelter for his sisters.

Tourist locality Matka is situated at the exit of Skopje, 17 km southwest in the Treska river ravine. This place attracts people with its beautiful nature and the pleasant moderate climate during the tropical summer heat in Skopje. The ravine is a work of nature and is characterized by high rocky cliffs. The artificial accumulative lake in Matka with a protective dam ideally fits the nature. Matka is mostly visited during the holidays especially on 2nd August - Ilinden, when people from Skopje visit the place in great numbers. Every year the Kayak Club from Skopje organizes a tournament in rough waters along the Treska river. In Matka there are many interesting places to visit, like churches, monasteries and also many restaurants. One of the most interesting monasteries is St. Andrew built on the rocky cliff above the lake. The church was built in the 14th century by Andrew, the second son of King Volkashin. The monastery had a great property, a number of villages and a great wealth. In the 16th century the church was rebuilt and a parvis was added.

Krusevo is one of the cities which has a rich history, and where happen important events in Macedonian history. Also from this town is coming one of the most famous Macedonian singer Tose Proeski who die in car accident. Also Krusevo is favorite destination for winter sports. It has several beautiful churches how and little lake. If you want to rest and have a piece i recommend to visit Krusevo.

Camp As is a popular camp site for all tourists coming from Albania, heading towards Greece or Bulgaria. It is 3 km away from Struga 10 km from the border pass Cafasan, and 7 km away from Ohrid. Peacefull environment, hospitable personal and unique nature make this place perfect spot for a vacation. Ohrid and Struga are Macedonian tourist destination where you can visit a thousand years old places of interest. Enjoy your stay and have a nice vacation!!!

A beautiful place to stay.Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The villa itself is in the centre of the old part of the town.You have the opportunity to stay in a typical Macedonian house.There is a wonderful view over the Lake.The churches of St.Sophia ,St.Clement, St. Nikola Gerakomija are in near proximity.At this place you can also try traditional Macedonian dishes. The Villa has its own parking place and video surveillance.

A great family camping site.It is situated 5 meters from the lake .There are big shades under which you can place your trailers or your tents. In the summer heat you will feel the cool atmosphere under the trees. The camping site is on grass.There is abeautiful beach and the water is not so deep as in Gradishte.

Biljanini izvori(Biljana's springs)

This is a wonderful place to visit and cool in the lake springs which are very close to the town. There is a great walking site along the canal to the springs. You can also dine at the restaurant next to the springs and enjoy in the traditional folk music. You can find peace and calmness sitting on the benches around the springs under the old maple trees which are maybe 100 years old. The ambiance is great, especially for those who are romantic and nature lovers.
