This place is amazing, I always wanted to go there, take pictures and have fun, I went in october 2009 and the view of Tegucigalpa was amazing! I recomend this place in Honduras.

The museum building was restaured, it is an historical building, it has a central patio and the rooms around it, typical from the spanish constructions, and it has a sample of the local culture.

If you want to learn more about Honduran culture visit the Museum of Anthropology and History to immerse yourself further in our culture. Where we come from, what have our ancestors done, what magnificent things have does who came to our country and those who lived here before did in their time. Again not a look visit tour but if you want to learn more about culture and are a history fan this is a place to go that is if you can't make it to Copan Ruins to visit the Mayan ruins.

The best place in town for an every day meal in family or with friends. The prices are very affordable for every one and the food is great and has a great variety in salads, sandwiches and the specialty of BBQ and grilled chicken.

El Corral is Meat oreitned restaurant. They serve steaks, ribs and the like. Its located in front of Clarion Hotel in Tegucigalpa. They also have a dance floor and a Bar for fun later at night. The service is great and food too. Its an easy place to get to.

A beautiful Island that its more like a paradise. This is the main island of the three and is considered the place to tour when you visit. Once you gone there once you'll want to return every year. It has a huge combination of local and foreign languages. Don't miss the opportunity to visit if you can.

Parque Nacional La Tigra

Beautiful place where you can enjoy nature, see our cloudy forest and if you go really quiet you can get to see really beautiful birds and some animals. Also there are a lot of paths to follow that are 2 hours walk, 4 hours or 6 hours, and some of those take you to the waterfall, that in raining season has more water.
