if they want to go to good place,good environment, where they can have all facilities they can go to GAMMARTH , it an area near the beach (near la marsa, and sidi bou said , about 40 minutes from the city)
in GAMMARTH there are a some well know hotels like al mouradi,GOLDEN TULIP, BARCELO TALASO, THE RESIDENCE....

in GAMMARTH hotel are 4 to 5* , so it is expensive !
but if they are looking for cheaper hotels , they can go to the city ! also very good services and facilities,
HOTELS like AFRICA HOTEL,ABOU NAOUAS HOTEL,AL HANAA HOTEL.... (they are all in the center of the city )

so have fun in Tunisia

*in hammamet : Vincci Nozha Beach, Hasdrubal Thalassa Hammamet, Le Royal Hammamet (the best for me), Riu Palace Oceana, Vincci Lella Baya( is one of the best too)
*in sousse : El Mouradi Palm Marina ( the best) , Seabel Alhambra Beach & Golf Port Kantaoui ,Riu Green Park, El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui,El Mouradi Club El Kantaoui
*djerba : all are the best in djerba
so u can choose from this liste any hotel, because for me like tunisian , the are the best.

i think that Gammarth is the best place , it is closer to la marsa and sidi bousaid and Carthage with its history sites it is 20km from tunis they can vsist the medina, there are nice hotels carthago le palace , regency , le residence ....Hammamat is a nice place a touristic town ,60klm from Tunis but closer to nabeul , in summer july and august hammamat is full there are more and more tourists...i advice your parents to go to Gammarth. i am able to help them if they come to Gammarth to show them many places

but if yu want a quitly place ; YASMINE HAMMAMET is the best , in addtion hammaet is situated in the middle way between tunis the capital , nabeul and sousse ;
try to reserve in LELLA BAYA , LAICO , MAHARI , ASDRUBAL if you look for the good sevices there are the best. you have also the marina and very nice beach. and i you seek for a cultural visit; i can help you; i m a tour guide ;
we can visit all tunisia i you want and all the archeologique sites and the museum ...
