Makarska Rivijera has many, here are few to name...
www.novidom-makarska.com, www.ab-adrion.hr,
www.benelliestates.com, www.dalmatianvillas.com... If you get to the town of Makarska, just buy local paper called Makarska Kronika and you will find many adds in it. But be avare that is not so easy to buy an old rock house in Dalmatia. Usualy has many problems with paperwork. Good luck!

Dear Rada, now at the moment real estate market is slow because of crise. However, prices for those property are still high because there is no lots of nice spot for sale. Property in Dubrovnik area are much more expencive then property in Peljesac area so maybe is good to take a look there or in Cavtat (app. 20 km from Dubrovnik).
Just be carefull about the land because it is forebidden to bild house next to the sea so if you would like to have it next to the sea it must be some old house what you have to renovate. Maybe it can be good idea to take a look on the island around Dubrovnik. I know some places for sale on island Mljet. If you are interested you can contact me and I will try to help you.
