Hello,
the only gym i know of in that area is a small hotel owned gym at the Sandy Point Beach Club.. located on store bay road.
This is offered to the guests there. I do not know if they will charge a fee for non guests.

I believe theres one available at Coco Reef (same location) however I can DEFINATELY confirm one in Plantation which is a litle further away.

yes there is one upstairs churches chicken after you leave Tobago airport it's the only gym there so it should be easy to find good luck

There is a gym almost opposite the beach, its located in the three storey green building. its on the third floor.

hi there is the Cox & Sons Barbell Gymn Health & Fitness Centre. It is located Milford Rd Canaan there number is 639-9638............. they are the best

Hi Claire,
Coco reef hotel has a gym which may be available to non-residents.
Also, The Kariwak Hotel offers Yoga classes (and retreats).
You could also check the new Gulf City Mall at Lowlands - they may have a gym there.
