Well, if you are talking about Murree Town which is in Punjab its kashmir point.But the highest point in the general area ie Murree Hills its Changla Gali near Nathia Gali which is in Pakhtoonkoa province.

The highest point in Murree proper seems to be the Murree Sanatorium at 2291 mtrs or 7514 ft.
