October/Novemeber/December are good periods. The Watamu Marine National Park and Reserve offers extensive diving and snorkeling opportunities. There are several diving operations in Watamu that would be pleased to help you with your dive requirements.
The various dive facilities operating in the Park are all required to adhere to the Marine Park rules, as established by the Kenya Wildlife Service.
Some of these rules include:
No collection or touching of marine life, corals or shells.
No fishing inside the Marine Park.
No Spearfishing.
You must ensure you have a valid ticket or entry pass to the marine park or reserve. November is a beautiful time of year for diving...crystal clear water and great visibility. Have you ever been to South Coast? Diani Beach is a relaxed coastal tropical resort, much nicer than Malindi or Watamu. You can dive at Wasini island marine park or if you stay at Kenyaways you can dive right in front of the accommodation. Hope this helps.

November is a good period to visit Watamu not only for scuba diving but also for sea fishing with clear water and good weather conditions The Marine park is for many the best spot in Kenya for diving. The beauty about Kenya's climate is that it is suitable for almost all kind of adventure activity all year round. November is good for scuba diving like any other month and you are sure to enjoy yourself. The temperatures are moderate in addition to the fact that Watamu is blessed with some of the finest diving spots and reef formations in the coast.
