The Cambodia currency is Riel and it rates 4000 Riel equal 1 USD and weather in Nov not so bad about 27 to 30 degree and no rain because it's early dried season in Cambodia . For hotel reservation i could help you to find the reasonable price , comfortable , nicer and next to downtown you just let me know how much you're looking for , single , double . twin or triple room .

Thanks for planing to visit my country, as I am a local people living in this town, I would answer you as much as I can. Regarding on you questions about currency, there are different places and different rates from 3600 riels to 4000riels equal to 1 USD,it is better for you to change in the city then at the airport if you can wait until you get to town.

The weather in Now is quite good during the year because it is the end of the rainy season so it not so hot and still green.

If you choose the hotel to stay, I recommend you to find one in town , it would be very easy to walk around. I have no idea about which one, it depends on how your budget is.

I would like to inform you some information in Siem Reap which is response to your question. the currency of Cambodia is Riel, 4100 Riel is 1 USD as the present exchange rate. for the weather in Siem Reap in Nov is not too hot because it is the end of rainy season, you can enjoy with your trip here. here is options of some hotel in Siem Reap which are in Siem Reap town
