Hi! I am actually from Strasbourg, so I'm not a real expert on Toulouse transportation, but I do know that a "commune" is the city you're in. For example, around Toulouse there's Blagnac, Balma, etc., that are towns in the outsides of Toulouse.
So if you're already in Toulouse, just type "Toulouse" in the "Commune"
