weeell, i dont really own a car, but we could go by bus, or walk through the hills.
But what kind of trip would you like? i could take you to bars, clubs and such, let me know if youre interesed :) it'll be like 80 us dollars bye :)

With only a driver 150 USD, private Van for the 2 of you.
I would suggest not just go to valparaiso; on the way you can visit some vineyards, enjoy a tour and wine tasting.
My suggestion would be to do a tour on Veramonte Vineyard and then end with a peering at House of Morande. You'll be in Valparsio at 3-4 pm.
If you are looking for a budget option you can take the metro, reach the bus station and pay 10 USD each.

Hii, I have family in Noruega trondheim... I live in Santiago about 2 hours to Valparaiso. Valparaiso have port, is a tipical city of Chile, is a old city... some good restaurants, bares,hills and a tipical and fun transports of the hills.. popular people, near to here there are greats beaches like Viña del Mar, Reñaca, Con con etc..
