east malaysia, in sabah, has the best deep waters for deepsea fishing. less pollution compared to west malaysia. less sea traffic.

Trengganu is a nice place to fish... or in Rompin Pahang where the Royal Pahang Bill Fish Tournament held... Sabah is also nice with the plush scenery...

We have a lots of places in Malaysia can do deep sea fishing. i.e. In Perak - Pulau Pangkor. Kedah - Langkawi, Terrengganu - Pulau Perhentian, Pulau Kapas, Pulau Redang, Johor - and etc. It all depends on your budget.
