Partas Bus Fare would be around 650 -700 to Vigan. Their Terminal is located along Aurora BLvd., Cubao. Travel time would be approximately 8- 10 hours depending on the time you leave from Manila.

I have asked the bus fare last August 16, 2010. The bus fare is 585 from Cubao to Vigan.
