If you mean bed and breakfast in the UK style,I don't think it's available in Tunisia,but you can book in a hotel and ask for a room and a breakfast only.Any way,i think you would better do it by phone or e-mail before you come to Tunisia(see the phone numbers and e-mails sent by fellow citizens).
