I read about it .it sounds a great place to visit but it is too far.A big island near india.it has a beak more than 2000 meters above sea level.Morocco has more than 4000.so it's about challenge..

I've walked all over Sri Lanka and I can tell you it's one of the most beautiful places on earth. The canyons full of monkeys, the funny hats you see some times on the village people, it's all awesome! You just have to be a little careful when you go from village to village, because you aren't always sure what side they're on. Usually you can ask at the tobacconist's, and if they think you're a good guy they'll give you a little flag to put on your backpack so anyone that sees you on the trail will know you're OK. Also, don't forget the baking power just in case a leech gets through your netting.

Sri Lanka has a wide range of natural environment types, providing a variety of options to suit many interests. The trekker can experience mountains with panoramic viewpoints and spectacular waterfalls. Pine, Eucalyptus and natural rain forests. Both wet and dry grasslands. Tea, rubber, coconut, cocoa and black pepper plantations, rice paddy fields and scrub jungle, local village life and a wide variety of flora & fauna - all possible in a one-day walk.
