you can buy adire(tie and dye),lovely designs of ankara and beads these you can get from idumota market. you can also get wooden carved items and art works from the crafts workshop in national theatre, iganmu or from badagry/ epe. you can also get leather bags, slippers, purses and rafia woven mats from hausa traders, u can get thse from idumota or national theatre

you can buy,Nigerian wax from places like Ibadan, you could buy carved arts from art centers and museums,you could also get hand made slippers, beads, mats,bags from the north.

Souvenirs that are native to Nigeria and found in Lagos would include a couple of handmade tie and dye products, a variety of artifacts, masquerade or festival (especially Eyo Festival) memorabilia and lots more.

You can buy Adire, Aso-Oke(both are local fabrics that can be used to make table/ sofa covers, decorating mats)locally made covers and mats that are alredy made are also available. the best places to buy them are Idumota and Akerele in Surulere.Local beads of different cultures all over the country from Dosunmu in Lagos Island and articles made from hide ranging from bags, shoes AND A HOST OF OTHERS ABOUND

As the commercial nerve center of Nigeria, you can get several of Nigeria's artifacts that can be used as soveniers. These includes wood carvings, batick (adire), aso oke, specially made mats, hats and hand fans. Also, we have bronze head, pots etc all these are brought from all over the country.

U can get tie and die materials, aso oke (traditional clothes worn for ceremonies), local crafts and artworks.

U could get this at the next international Trade fair in lagos, if you can wait. It's usually around november.

u can buy evrytin nigerian in lagos. the tejuosho market, yaba market and the lagos island markets are good places to get tins like native clothes, artworks, tie and die clothes, ankara and laces.just name it, ull get it.
