I Would like suggestion the Hostal de la Barra, at in the center of santiago... it is so easy to get there, is so nice and confortable... I has been there.
the best, they have a nice cafe shop, where they service the breakfast...

You can check Happy House Hostel... located in downtown Santiago it's close to Metro (subway) stations.

Hotel Neruda Express or Rugendas...el golf subway station,they are located in a beautiful place in Las Condes,surrounded of trees and a safe neighbourhood.
