Hi Juan
I would recommend The Hyatt Regency located on 1 Wrightson Road Port of Spain, its an urban retreat of contemporary style, located on the waterfront with a spectacular view. Its comfortable, luxurious, and conveniently located so that you have easy access to all the major night spots and social activities you may want to enjoy (5 to 20 min drive). The Hyatt also has a Spa Esencia, The Hyatt stay fit Gym, water front restaurant, deli and patisserie, also a pool side grill. You can also experience the sumptuous tastes of our local dishes at the Breakfast shed next door, just a walk from the hotel. The stay there will be worth your experience.
If you need any more information please don't hesitate to ask.

I would have to recommend The Hyatt Regency located in Port Of Spain. A fairly new hotel to Trinidad & Tobago it has a inhouse spa and is conviently located in the heart of the city.
If willing you should also visit Tobago, our sister isle. The Coco Reef is highly Exclusive and altra Luxurious.

Although the Hyatt is pretty good the Carlton Savannah is much more luxurious and I would recommend it above the Hyatt

My recommendation is definetly the Hyatt Regency Trinidad, located on Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, It has a spectacular waterfront ocean view. It has luxurious worldclass facilities second to none. It is in close proximity to St. James where life continues 'till the wee hours of the morning. The Staff is very friendly, pleasant and easy going. My stay there some time ago was one that I will always remember. (The building itself lights up in the night literally.) It is also a place for conferences, business meetings etc since they have a great conference room. I would therefore highly recommend this hotel.

Hola Juan,

Stonhaven Villas es parte del listado de The Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Elizabeth

Hello Juan,

If you find that the Hyatt or other luxury hotels don't suit your budget you may like to check out the Coblentz Inn - it is a boutique hotel in Cascade (close to the Savannah in Port of Spain). They have nice facilities and a small conference facility.
Alternatively, if you need a luxury meeting room, ESG Business Suites in Fitt St (just off Wrightson Rd, close to the Hyatt) has a Boardroom seating up to 12 people, with state of the art audio visual facilities. Executive catering can be provided. The basic price is TT$2900 per day. Check www.esgbusinesssuites.com for more information. Serviced offices are also available that can be rented by the day.
Good luck!

I will suggest either The Trinidad Hilton or the Hyatt Regency Hotels in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Tobago, our sister isle is the preferred holiday spot for tourists to our country. In Tobago, there is The Turtle Beach Hotel, Mt Irvine Beach Hotel, Grafton Beach Hotel, Grand Courlan Resort and Spa, Coco Reef Hotel and lots more. Visit www.visittobago.gov.tt for more information.

My Company is International Crew Land Services and I would like to reply that based on your travel experiences and budgets, you do not want to let John Public know your finances. You can contact the Trinidad Development Company (TDC) and ask them to send you a package that have all the recommended Hotels, Guest Houses, B&B that meet the needs of all travellers, Guests to the island and Family friends. Trinidad & tobago is not like the rest of the Caribbean, we sell Business Tourism and most of our returning guests comes out of the warmth people receive as they are embraced by the Business Associates, Tour operators that are referred and carry the responsibility to ensure that you arrive to and from your destinations safely.

It is not recommeded that you arrive on the island and not know where you are going or have a Plan.

The Hyatt/ The Hilton/ The Carlton Savannah/ The Marriot Suites are all centrsal and easy to get arounf Port of Spain. The rula areas have developed and Playa Del Este Private Resort ,owned and operated by one of the country leading businessmen and his staff will ensure that you arrive safely to their establishment, but they are alot of good ones in the ECO Tourism belt on the North coast and once approved by the Ministry of Tourism, you are safe and your vacation experienced will be great.

Make sure you know who you are coming to before ,you leave home and always let someone know where you are going.

Port of Spain and Tobago the smaller island have the better hotel. The best is the Hyatt Regency which is in the middle of Port of Spain and there is access to everything. Let me know you budget and i'll see where else is good. the Trinidad Hilton is also a good place as well as the Marriott hotel. there is nothing in San fernando really.

I am not familiar with hotels in Trinidad as I live on the sister island of Tobago. If you wanted to stay in Tobago, the most luxurious hotel is the Coco Reef at Crown Point, some 5 minutes from the airport and right on the beach (it has its own private beach). Highly recommended, the hotel won the best hotel in the Caribbean award this year

Thanks to everybody for your answers, all of you seems to agree that Hyatt Regency is the place for my event.
For this purpose I need to contact owners or employees of luxury brands stores, would you know somebody to introduce me?
I'm going to need also to hire a good translator English - Spanish with a large experience in groups conversations (4 or 5 people)...

Si necesitas mas informacion me avisas.

Saludos,

Elizabeth

I would recommend the Hyatt hotel but however if you prefer intimacy i suggest kapok hotel. Alica's house is a reasonably priced guest house that has a quite luxury feel.
