Vodice is a town in the Šibenik-Knin county, Croatia. Vodice is a popular tourist destination in Croatia.
Pirovac is a coastal municipality and village in Croatia, formerly called Zlosela, 26 km from the city of Šibenik.
The small town of Betina is located onthe northwestern side of the island of Murter, while Jezera,Murter and Tisno are located on the northeastern coast.
These are some places where you can go in that area. They are small towns mostly with private apartmants in family houses. You can also go in Tribun (1. town northeen then Vodice).
Nice holidays...

The county of Šibenik-Knin is just what you're looking for. If you want to avoid hustle and bustle of commercial hotel resorts just drive along a coast from direction of Zadar to Split.
You won't miss sings for plenty of small friendly camping sites. For example if you turn from main road in direction of Murter (the small island connected to shore with a drawbridge) after pass Pirovac (your drive from Zadar) don't miss to get to know four small fisherman villages on: Tisno, Jezera, Murter, Betina, famous by traditional architecture, good food and wine, sandy beaches. In Jezera you'll find an good organized camp 'Lovišća'. Before you reach Murter, next village, don't miss to take a picture of Kornati archipelago (famous Croatian national park)across the channel, before you pitch your tent in 'Kosirina' camp - my favorite. There is another one, 'Slanica' Murter but always to populous:). The both of them stretch on the sandy beaches.
Vodice is next place on your drive along main road (if you like crowd places and beaches).
After you get by town of Šibenik you can pick some of small friendly camps on the shore in village of Grebaštica or Šparadići (camp Tomas, 8km from Primošten).

The motor camp Krka is placed on the road leading to Skradin, only 2.5 kilometres away from the National Park Krka. On the surface of 5000m2, out of which 50% is in the shade of pine wood, a large number of weekend cottages and tents can be placed. Family Skocic also offers rooms and apartments with possible usage of common kitchen and grill. The hosts participate in the organization of a one-day boat trips (Skradin-Sibenik-Krapanj-Kaprije), while the discount to the members of ADAC and CCI, as well as the fact that the motor camp is inserted in the ADAC's catalogue, are extra guarantee of courtesy and quality.

I would strongly recommend Skradin as your destination. It is near to everything: Krka National Park, Šibenik and many other coastal villages.

The best part about the camp is the vicinity of the river Krka, hence nights are cooler than on the coast and you will sleep much better.
