I recommend August. It's the month when most Parisians go off on holiday so you can stroll around practically everywhere. I loved walking across the Place de la Concorde seeing the Egyptian obelisque, taking nice pictures, and then ambling off towards the Louvre. Of course, all the tourist hot spots are open so you get it all without the hustle and bustle of normal Parisian life.

From April through June, or from September through mid-October. The weather is milder and prices are lower. Summer is too hot and winter is quite cold, and both are expensive seasons.

I think each season is singular .
If you want to have fun , and take part to big partis its summer .
If you want to meet foreigners , international students , and have a quite and relax travel to visit different places , during the year . It's easier to fond an acomodation , and walk in Paris , take the metro

Hi,
August and September if you want to have nice weather to walk down the streets. December if you want to go shopping.... New year's eve if you want to meet a lot of people outside drinking champagne on "Champs Elysée"....
