Dear Maximiliano,
you dont need a visa for Serbia, but if you are student the best solution for you will be hostel. Renting apartmant for only 2 months can be difficult. The price of renting apartmant (50m2) is minimum 350 per month

As Maja said, you don't need a visa, and it depends where you plan to stay,Belgrade is slightly more expencive, but it is very attractive for it is culture, history (museums, teathers,Kalemegdan fort, atc..)and grate night life..
If you need help and advice when you come here, e-mail me at birovljevm@gmail.com, and I'll be glad to help you.
Renting an appartment for 2 months could be a difficulty..
I'am sure that you'll enjoy your stay, which ever place you choose in Serbia.
Best regards,

Hi,
I am not quite sure, but I think that you need a visa for our country. It would be best for you to make a contact with the nearest embassy of Serbia. They will give you all information you require. Regarding the accomodation, you will pay from 200-400 euros per month for an apartmant, depending on its size and the location. For food you'll need around 400-500 euros, but this amount also includes all other expences such as bars, restaurants, cinema, theater etc. You can always spent less money if you limit yourself and you don't visit these places I have been talking about but, hey, you are coming here to have a good time, aren't you? :-)

The best place to ask for a visa would be Serbian ambasy in Uruguay. You would need at least 1000euros per month for renting a place and everything else. But you should think of other options instead of renting because it could a bit hard to find.I wish you a nice stay in my country-you would be surprised how wonderful it is!

You can stay in Serbia for three months with tourist visa. Our embassy in Buenos Aires,Argentina covers Uruguay and closest Uruguay embassy which covers Serbia is in Budapest,Hungary.
For apartment you`ll have to pay about 200-300 or even more, depends on part of the city(I`m talking about Belgrade). For food, staying or going out you`ll need few hundred more it depends on your needs. But if you have credit card don`t worry there are lot of ATMs around and all major
credit card types are accepted(Visa,Master Card,Diners, etc.)but I suggest you Visa or Master Card.
Greetings

Hi Maximiliano,
First of all it is nice that u r interested in knowing Serbia :-) and I am standing behind my words that that would be 2 great months in your life!About visa I was also supprissed last summer when they've return some tourist girl from airport because she needed visa, and I suppose that depends from which country u r,so I would advise u if u have some kind of service there to ask it would be ok,and I will chek here and let u know.Second thing is that it is true that apartments here r very expensive but there r apartments which r for tourist rentings in the center of the town and u can made a deal with them if u r taking apartment for longer time, but u should say price what have u imagined to pay and we could see can u work out with it.Everything else it would be easy and believe me fun-u would wish more than two months for complete joy of Belgrade!:-)
If u have further questions please let me know and fell free to writte me on my e-mail whenever u feel to branislavac@hotmail.com
All best,
Branislava

Hola Maximiliano...
Nis- hacia 150 euros...
+ alquiler... (por cada mes)....
saludos... y bienvenido a Serbia.....

HOla Jovana,

Mucha suerte!

Hi Maximiliano, if you want to stay in Serbia for 2 months, first of all, you don't need a visa. Don't worry about food, because there is a lot of it :) but i'm not sure about accomodation, the best thing for you is hostel or student exchange... Believe me, Serbia has a lot to give as far as night live is concerned :) You'll never be bored

Hi Maximiliano,
the best way to find an apartment for two month is to find someone just here who is able to rent you a flat. It is very hard for foreign people to have a flat for couple of months. Anyway I think a person who will rent you a flat will demand your passport and advance payment (app. 250-300 euros) which will be returned to you upon your departure. You didn't mention which city do you want to stay at! Anyway the costs also depends on the place where you want to be so for the capital
you will need for two months approximately 600 euros for renting a flat, 400 for food and everything else depends on you. The average drink in the city center cost about 1.5 euros, a meal about6-7, discotheques and clubs are free to enter but occasionally you need to pay for wardrobe something like 1.5-2.5 euros.
Regards,
Mike

Dear Maximiliano,
you don't need visa for traveling to Serbia. You could rent an apartment, but the price is changable - depending upon the town you want to rent it in. As the matter of food, you have planty of good restorant's all over the country, going out is the best in Beograd and Novi Sad.

Hi , NO you dont need a visa , but its always good to check with your local Serbia Embassy in your country , All you need to do is report into the local police station when you get here , in most cases its done within 24 hrs , and the owner of the unit or where your staying should go with you . It takes less then 5 min,you will need the so called white card when you depart from Serbia at customs.
