For good fast food try Sandwich&Friends and Viena (both are local chains, google them to find those near where you'll be staying).
For lunch, I recomend you look for small restaurants with "menú del dia" - daily specials where for 10-12 euro you get 2 courses + dessert, bread and a drink.
One of my favorite is the restaurant of the CCCB center, serving a lot of organic food and also a vegetarian option.
