there's no direct bus going to clark. from cubao, you can get down in dau and take a jeep or tricycle to SM clark. ask the driver to drop you off at the shuttle terminal to clark.
To Pampanga, from Cubao:
Bus lines: Victory Liner, Partas, Dagupan Bus, Philippine Rabbit, Saulog
Travel time: 1:30 hours
Fare: P160 to P180
Note: Trips from Manila to Pampanga and vice-versa are available 24-hours a day. Non air-conditioned buses charge lesser than those cited above.

Hello!
Partas has 2 trips daily from Cubao Bus Terminal to Diosdado Macapagal International Airport terminal in Clark, Pampanga. Its first trip leaves at 7:00 in the morning with the 2nd trip at 11:00 in the morning. Trips from Clark to Cubao are at 11:00 in the morning and 4:00 in the afternoon. Travel is 2-3 hours (depending on Metro Manila traffic). Bus fare : Php300.00 per person.

if you ask me, it's better to just rent your own car or bus. that way, you'll have your own privacy and you can go around pampanga more. more sights to see and more shopping to do.
