Planning to visit Miami Beach and For Lauderdale

Hello,We are planning a vacation in Florida in March.I need your recommendations for all this - one night in Miami Beach - we want a good hotel close to the ocean, eatouts,bars and clubs. From there we'll head to F.Lauderdale,want suggestions for good bars,restaurants,clubs and any place where we can let our hair down. Would appreciate if you could specify any unique activities to do in these places.Thanks!!
