In terms of activities or cultural things?
Culturally, almost everyone can speak at least basic English. If you don't speak German, make a point of asking the person (in German) if they can speak English (=Sprechen Sie Englisch or Koennen Sie Englisch?) before beginning to talk in English.
The other big thing to point out, culturally, is going out to eat. You seat yourself, the waiter takes your order, and when you're ready to go, ask the waiter if you can pay - no leaving money on the table. Tipping habits are also different. You are not really expected to tip at a bar (unless there is table service - then you don't have to tip, but it's nice if you do). Whenever you are at a cafe or something with table service, it is customary just to round up a few cents, because wait staff is already making a living wage. If it's something like 3,10€, I'd round up to 3,30€ or 3,40€. 5,70€ to 6€. If the bill is a bit higher, like 14,20€, round up to 16€. Ditto taxi drivers. And if you have a 20€ note and would like to pay 16€, then just say, "16" rather than "Could I have four back?"

If you choice to go to berlin ( ı want to visit berling again..) For walking around Berlin, you need small, city backpack and surely bag for your camera - both water-proof.
Comfortable walking shoes preferrably water-resistant: like good trainers or better special walking shoes (one example: Danish Ecco are very comfortable and... expensive but worth the cost).
Sun-glasses esp. in winter and summer and always a rain coat, eventually less comfortable umbrella.
Before going to Berlin you should get informed about the past of the city. Learn about the history of the formerly divided city. Take this knowledge with you on your trip to Berlin and discover the city.

You can always be trusted to get a good sandwich and cakes at the numerous bakeries you will find. An imbiss (snack bar) is also good value.
Always buy the right ticket for travelling on the subway/public transport as the inspectors are very zealous.
Always wait at a red signal crossing the road, as if a policeman catches you, you could get warned and a stern talking to.
Try to speak some of the langauge - it will be appreciated.!
