.if you want the whole villa with 5 rooms saloon....+_ bath. etc,it will cost you 35000 rupees per month for 1 year renewable contract

This depends on where your work office is situated, your budget and lease period. If you would like a professional outcome, please contact me for further evaluation.

You do not want to be a long travelling time from work. Even though distances are short in Mauritius, travel time is slow between centres.
