almost all area in Bali are very attractive and nice to be visited such as The Balinese dance( barong and kechak dance) rice field at Jatiluwih or their famous temples in every area of the island. Spa" all spa in Bali has their good standard and we are not recommended one of them because all of them are good.
water sport area are : sanur,Tanjung benoa,Lembongan island combine with the day cruise.(the Bounty or Bali Hai cruise,etc).

I will suggest to walk along Sanur and Kuta area because they have a lot of shops. You can visit each store and see different things, eventhough there will be several stores that sell the same things. Well, it is worth to visit for a clothing shopper. Price ranged from a lower until a higher end. Another places to visit is Batara water sport in Tanjung Benoa. I always impressed of this water sport activity because it it fun to do, especially with a group of friends. This is the link to the location, http://www.batarawatersport.com/location/default.asp . There will be two most famous traditional dances that are worth to see, such as Kecak and Barong dances. I will rate spa places in Bali as a good standing, and it is easy to find especially if you stay at a hotel. So basically you can go to any spa places you want. Have a great holiday!

if you stay in benoa its place good for watersport, if you just stay 4 days better you arrange with the tour guide at your place, its many and variation cost
