Avellanas is still a quiet beach, nice for sunsets, Samara is another great choice.

I think in playa conchal is one of the best opcions or tamarindo nice places fantastic beach,and nice sunset, one hour from liberia airport

I would have to say either PLaya Conchal or PLaya Ocotal Restaurant during the sunset!
