Hello ,
Pearl Beach , a nice**** hotel and newly renewed with sea view.
Spar supermarket is not so far 15mins by walk , u can take a taxi ( 3 euros), or the bus(less 1 euros) in the day only but there is also minimarket such Wolmar Store just in front of Pearl Beach hotel.
There is taxi facilities in the hotels but need to deal with taxi drivers - the price depend on the places like around in flic en flac 10 - 20 eurs , GrandBaie in the North 50 - 70 eurs .
For Crocodile Park , very nice park with thy crocodiles n other animals ,is a bit far from the resort but still if u take taxi early in the morning it would be very quick.
Hope my informations be helpful to you.
So nice stay in Mauritius and enjoy well
If u need more infor just write to me .

Beware of excessive foreign currency rates quoted for services. These taxi rates are expensive, 10-20 euros for a service in Flic & Flac is ridiculous.

Spar Supermarket is not that far from your hotel, I would say 15/20 minutes walk which would enable you to discover the region. There are plenty restaurants with different reasonable prices.
A taxi would charge around USD 20/25 for the 3/4 hours and whereas on a full day, something like USD 60/70. Crocodile Park is one hour from you hotel and a very interesting place where you can have your lunch
Remaining at your disposals hsould you need further info

Regards - Philippe

I would suggest if it is your first time to rent a tour operator service for your daily trips including the visit at the crocodile park. We will give you a fixed price with 24hr assistance complimentary for each day. No hidden costs like sone local taxis can charge you. If you already visited before, we have new affordable cars for rent with full insurance and maps...

taxis in mauritius have to work either on hours or on kilometers.!!!!you can't randomly ask for Rs 3500 to cover 20 kilometers.
