There are many beautiful places u can visit in Nigeria, especially Lagos and Abeokuta. There a lot of historic sites in Lagos...beaches, museums, theatres, galleries et al. I will need a specfic schedule or itinerary of the number of days u want to spend, the total number of people with u and a budget. We might have to work with your budget. However, if money is not an issue, you can send a mail to royalfort@yahoo.com and I will send u a specific itinerary.
Have fun in Nigeria

Hi, how many days do you plan to spend in Lagos? There are places you can explore on your own - I would advise you buy a copy of Time Out Nigeria. If you want someone to take you around, sort out transportation and generally make sure you are ok, then we can provide a guide once we agree on your itinerary.

Hi!
Hope you are ok.Where are you from and what kind of person are you? The cool or the wild type?Already it's known you want fun.So answering these would help to determine what places exactly would fit your kind of general temperament since we're not in direct contact for me to rapidly assess your kind of person. I'm in Abuja, the Core(centre)of Nigeria and averagely, you could visit the Zuma rock, gurara falls, and the green areas here which include parks for relaxation. We also have the National park(with a mini zoo) and 'Wonderland'- an amusement park which is close to the Abuja airports. More places could be given if your kind of person is known ,a little. There are cool relaxation spots, local&sophisticated-your choice... As for 'exploration',im sure you mean...for pleasure and not for business...See you soon.

Visiting Nigeria can be an exciting experience, However like any new country one visits, you are better off and more secured having a guide of sorts. Lagos is the commercial hub of Nigeria with the highest population density and limitless sights, activities and metropolitan lifestyle. Beaches, islands, golf courses, relics, clubs, casinos, bars and lots more. Abeokuta on the other hand is more of a traditional city with natural sights like the Olumo Rock to keep your fancy. You stand a better chance of seeing more of the traditional culture of the people here. Bottom line, should you want to visit Nigeria, you'll need to approach a guide and specify exactly what you're looking for or want. Feel free to contact me if you have anymore questions

Interesting question. Lagos is like New York, London (of course only in a number fo ways) It's quite metropolitan so it offers quite a variety of sights to see from beaches, clubs, malls to local markets and shops selling craft and the likes. Depends on your likes and interests Lagos can provide everything. It is quite busy though but offers places where you can enjoy some peace and tranquil. If you need more of that then go to Abeokuta; rustic old city with a lot of history and archaeological sites. It tells its own story. One thing holds true for both these places. You need a guide to enjoy them. Capisce???

No doubt about loving Nigeria when you get here. It's a blessed country full of resources and full of fun. All you need is time to enjoy all this numeric opportunity. There are places you will have to visit which is one of the best experience when you are in Nigeria. Places like Museums, Markets, Festival, Parks, Game Reserves, Waterfalls, Rivers, Palace. The National Museum at Onikan in Lagos Island houses numerous exhibits of Nigeria’s ancient civilizations and has a craft center which sells examples of Nigerian craft at fixed prices is what you will love to visit In the Jankara Market on Lagos Island, you can bargain for locally dyed cotton and handwoven cloth, herbs and leather goods. Much more than that.

Be a complete Nigeria and explore the North or the east, try mountain climbing or exploring in Obudu cattle ranch cross river or in Gembu, Taraba or visit Kogi state to see the river. I mean they are places to visit and the West doesnt have the best or all of them. Dont forget we still have Kano, Port Harcourt, Abuja. Enter Obudu cattle ranch and spend a week, you might just change your mind to never leave
