Dear Mr. Farooq i think you shall understand the situation. In current situation tourism is not important but the topic raised is much more import and i also think that public in every part of the world shall know that what the bull shit our govt and america is doing here with innocent people on the name of religion. Its clearly a crusade and every shall fight against it. Time needs a Sultan Sallahuddin Ayubi.

You can't do a thing to change what the governments i.e. our own governments do. It's a non ending drama. Anyhow, to cut the comment short.. I would say that those who know that it is safe to be here for traveling is up to them if they wanna visit. If not, it's their decision to keep away. No hard feelings huh. Enjoy your weekend.

Right said Mr Malik but we in Pakistan dont keep up with the tourism industry and the potential provided to us by Almighty Allah in the shape of this beautiful country with unlimited tourism scope.Hope when terrorism stop we see some good tourism policies coming along.
Besides fighting the terrorism and making our country a safer place we need to develop a strong tourism policy promoting our culture and the beauty of the sceneries in Pakistan. It is amongst the most colorful and diverse tourism spots with seas, deserts, mountains lakes all in the same country, yet we lag behind other less resourceful and less beautiful countries just do to the politics,We must promote ourselves as a Tourist attraction to gain the confidence of foreigners and to make our country a more stable and progressive.

Yes I think Mr Malik is right , if you are sensible, and use just good common sense you will be fine in Pakistan especially in major cities as the incidents of terrorism are targetted and shouldn't effect you.
If its any concellation the number of incidents is also declining as we get better at handling the issue . The army and rangers in Pakistan are worthy of our praise in handling such difficult circumstances.

Malik Sahib you are right... but as I know mostly people are not aware about Pakistan. We have to work hard to promote tourism in Pakistan, Swat, Naran, Kaghan is not the end of tourism, there are lot of safe, secure and peaceful areas in Pakistan where people can visit... Like Skardu, Shigar valley, Hunza Valley, Khapulu, Deosai etc..

Dude, I appreciate you bringing up topics like combating terrorism etc., but this isn't a News Channel forum or something. Talk about tourism and the ways to promote it.
