Beau Champ is about 25 minutes from the airport, although the distance is not great, the route followed is a coastal road and as such, has many twists and turns. There are 2 reasonably large towns convenient to Beau Champ, Flacq and Mahebourg. You would pass through Mahebourg from the airport to Beau Champ after about 7 kms. Flacq is about 10 Kms from Beau Champ. You should be aware that there are many more outlets dedicated to tourists in Mahebourg and you should expect to pay slightly more because of this but do not be embarrassed to haggle and at the end of the day, you will almost certainly find the same item in another shop so if the price is too high, walk away.

Beau champ is far away from Port-Louis which is the main town and capital of mauritius. As for the airport, it is relatively near something about 15 to 20 kilometers.

Beau Champ is about 25 minutes from the airport and it is in the south west of Mauritius but it far away from the main city Port Louis,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you can get like 2 big villages in the nearby Flacq and Mahebourg
