You better call JW Marriot and ask for shuttle service and hire a private bilingual driver for the trip to Cotacachi (recommend to make several stops at Otavalo, Cuicocha, Middle of the World)

a taxi si costing you maximum 4 dollars if you ask himn the taxi meter...
It is NOT corect that the Marriott offers you FREE shuttle... They have shuttle servcie but for the price of 7$ per person!!!
If you want to go to Cotacachi the best is to take a taxi to the bus terminal and from there a local bus wich is leaving every 15 minutes!!! There are diferent companies but the one of Coatacachi is maybe the easyest way to go!

From Quito to Cotocachi one way only probably about $60 USD, if you want for them to wait for you during the day probabably around $100 USD.

If you take the taxi from the airport it could cost you like 7 dollars and to Cotacachi it could cost you like 40 to 50 dollars

I share the information that the others sent to yo, the cost from airport to the hotel it will be 5 dollars no more than this, but I think the hotel have a shuttle service why you do not try to call the hotel and ask about this service, will be more efficient and safe for you and in this way you do not have to worry about the arrival time

Hi, From the airport to the J W M is about $ 5,- daytime $ 10 at night.

Hello, JW Marriot has a free service shuttle, you should ask them about that.
About your day trips, is is better to contract a Guide/Driver with car it will be better than just going by taxi.

From the airport to Marriot Hotel it should cost aronund 5 dollars, a taxi to Cotacachi about 50 dollars (recent experience), if you want I can take you there on my car, for the same price (with stops, wherever you want) and I can offer you a room in my house in Downtown Cotacachi (colonial house). In Quito the taxi service is very cheap. From Mariscal Sucre Airport to Marriot, the price may be around 5 dollars. However, outside the airport there is taxi company which has established prices thatyou can see when you go into the cab.

About cotacachi, you can contact me, and i can take you there for a very good price in a 4x4 vehicle.

Hi! My roommate at Arizona was from Ohio. Well, taxi service from the airport has a flat rate of $6. To Cotacachi, you should negotiate a fare with a taxi driver for the whole day. That way you can make stops Cayambe and Otavalo on the way and go to Cuicocha lake, which is beautiful. A fair price would be around $50 for the whole day, visiting these places. However, I think the best and cheapest option is to ride a bus to Cotacachi from Quito's Calderon bus station.

From the airport to JW Marriot in the airport taxis cost is 7 dollars aproximatly. The cost a taxi to Cotacachi is 50 dollars, If you want I can contac a taxi for you and take from JW Marriot for the same price (whit stops), and ubicate you in the La Miraje SPA. or in the Hotel of your preference. Ussually taxis are expensive when you are from outside. From airport to JW Marriot don´t pay more than 4 dollars, 5 maximum.

my family is from ohio, and the fare it will be $10.00 the most. and to cotacachi depending on how manny persons are with you..i live two minutes from the airport and have ground transportation, if you´re interested let me know, i´m gladly take you every where..greetings ..

One taxi cab from Airport to JW Marriot could cost 5 dollars, but if You want you can hire me as your guide if you want to!!! and I do the Transfer in and the rest of the Tour in Ecuador
