What one place in Puerto Rico where I can do all of the ff: surf, fish, dive?
Is there a place where I can do all these things? I would also want this place to be safe with a great night life. Any suggestions?

Yes there is but you might have to travel a bit. You see the best and probably only surfing area is the west near the town of Rincon. This is two hours west of San Juan and the International airport.
Now for diving you have to go east to the town of Fajardo, this is where they have better the better dive operators.
Fishing for marlin is done a lot in San Juan and it depends what kind of fishing we are talking about.
Finally safe night life I will have to say San Juan where all the hotels are at and the oild city is at.
You might want to search bio bay puerto rico for another thing to do that you did not mentioned.
