As Mr. Maged has replied , you can travel with Bus , no trains between the regions .
Make sure you get each country Visa in advance to avoid any problem on the borders

First, I would like to clarify - please accept my apologies in advance if you already know this: Cairo is the capital of Egypt, Beirut the capital of Lebanon, and Istanbul the capital of Turkey. Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, and Tel Aviv is of course also in Israel.
So, you are basically asking whether you can visit: Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey and Israel in a single trip, and can it be done without flying.
Well, as far as visiting Egypt, Lebanon and Turkey - I will bow to the superior knowledge of those who have already answered.
With respect to visiting Israel: You can travel between Israel and Egypt by bus and taxi (or you can fly), and you can travel between Israel and Turkey (flying only). There is no way to travel directly between Israel and Lebanon, and the best way is probably via Jordan (which can also be done by bus and taxi).
Whichever route you take, go to Israel before Lebanon, and when you enter Israel, ask the border control staff to NOT stamp your passport (also when you leave Israel). If they do stamp your passport, you may not be allowed into Lebanon.
Personally, I would stick to buses and taxis between Egypt, Israel and Lebanon, and would fly to Turkey - it's so quick to fly, and will take a long long time by bus.
My prefered route, if I was you, would be: Start with Egypt, then Israel, then round trip flight to Turkey (from Israel), then Lebanon, via Jordan.
