Unfortunately I live in St Petersburg and that is very far away from Wesley Chapel, both in terms of distance and "things to do". For a 23 year old guy, and it's been quite awhile since I was 23, I would recommend that you consider Ybor City or Channel Side, which I suspect is the best place for you to consider.
