Hoping to visit Mombasa over xmas, any affordable places you can recommend??

well there are very many affordable places in mombasa. it depends on your price range as well as where you want to stay. i would recommend you come to Malindi as it is more affordable and serene and the beaches are cleaner. Its a 40 mminute drive from Mombasa. but in Mombasa we have Kahama hotel thats really something and the also have lots of entertainment like karaoke, band nites as well as scrumptous breakfast.let me know if you need any more info.

Instead of writing four different questions about four different locations for your trip at Christmas, you'd be better off just writing one question and listing your preferences.
Do you want Mombasa, Bamburi, Lamu, or Kisumu?
I'd not recommend Mombasa, Bamburi or Kisumu for new years. Mombasa and bamburi will be soo super crowded, you probably wont have a good time with your three sons.
Kisumu probably wont have alot going on.
Lamu or Diani/Galu or Watamu will be lots of fun for Christmas, if you can still get a place to stay. Unfortunately, having left it so late, you might struggle to find places that still have availability at that time.
