Hi there - if you're talking about the weather then yes it's a bit cool - living here I find it quite cold but if you come from a much colder country you will no doubt find it very pleasant :-)
IS is safe and fun - yes of course it will be - the demonstrations take place in a very tiny area of this huge city - even the Museum remains open and it is on Tahrir Square :-)

its not cold in the day time it will be 15-18 degrees and at night a little bit cold 10 degrees
