Located just outside the city centre in the increasingly popular Upper Hill district, the Crowne Plaza is 2 kms from the Kenyatta International Convention Centre.
There is a good size outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers where guests can order drinks or food. The health and fitness centre is double storied and is fully air-conditioned with a wide range of facilities including sauna, steam rooms, gymnasium, luxury spa treatments, a swimming pool, and personal training. The hotel also has a travel desk, business centre and offers a baby sitting service.
An impressive new build, this property is 6 storeys tall with a 2 storey tall ground floor and huge arched windows at ground level.
The fine dining restaurant is called Sikia and offers good international cuisine as well as a excellent wine menu. It is a modern stylish room with beautifully laid tables and comfortable dining chairs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served here and room service is available 24 hours a day.
The lobby is huge, double storey and open plan spilling put to the cafe to the left as you enter. There is a seating area and the wide wood reception desk is immediately in front as you walk into this impressive superior first 4* hotel.
The rooms are of the highest 4* standard, modern in design with very comfortable beds. En-suite bathrooms are plush and the rooms offer high speed internet, satellite TV and a work desk for the corporate traveler. In rooms movies can be ordered and there is a digital safe, air con and mini bar.

Parkside Hotel costs about US$30 BUT its true budget hotel.
